Chris Kim's Vuja Star - J105

I sailed with Chris on Vuja Star for two seasons. Some Friday night racing in the San Francisco Bay as well as the 2019 Spinnaker Cup and Coastal Cup. Vuja Star is a fun and fast race boat berthed in Richmond Yacht Club. The Spinn Cup was fast and cold!!! We zipped down the coast, and by the time we made it to Monterey I think we were mostly ice cubes! Not really, we had our foulies, but it was still a chilly trip. Monterey Yacht Club was very welcoming and had hot chilli waiting for the racers, it was great. Then in Monterey we made a crew change for the Costal Cup. Trip down to Santa Barbara started out super fast, but by the end of the race the wind had dwindled down to almost nothing, but we made it! Santa Barbara was beautiful and we had a nice time chilling out there for a day after the race. Looking forward to going back!
